THIS WEEK I……..

  1. I posted about the hills I would die on as a coach. And the response was great! Its always nice to see that my thoughts / principles / ‘philosophies’ are aligned with people! – – If you didn’t see it, click either of these for wherever you are on socials INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK
  2. WW3, Epstein, Ian Huntley, Government …. Things people have tried to talk to me about this week. I have to swerve the conversation, because… I don’t consume the news…. Its negative, depressing and scare mongering. Instead, I live in a bliss naive bubble… This REALLY pisses people, and is a reflection of them.. Not me!
  3. ​Last week I mentioned about the lack of motivation / drive to get my own arse in the gym… I have been ‘locked in’ (whatever the hell that means) this week!
    I did the UNTHINKABLE aswell….. I DIDNT TRAIN ON MONDAY!!! According to the recent studies of the broccoli head / Dubai instagram wankers if you dont train on a Monday you are a failure, and your week has gone to ruin!!!! 
  4. ​What my training / movement looked like / will look like all of this week. ( it NEVER needs to be complicated.) Just try and remember what your output looks like, should reflect your goals…. Maybe i will share my goals with you next week!?
  5. It took Thomas Edison over 1000 attempts before successfully creating a viable light bulb… STOP GIVING UP ON YOURSELF, IF SOMETHING DOESNT WORK WITHIN THE FIRST FEW ATTEMPTS!
