A: Everything is customized to you. Your schedule, your injuries, your preferences, your life. You get fortnightly calls, mid-week check-ins, and in-app support. It’s premium, hands-on coaching.

Q: Do I need to be in Coventry?
A: Nope. Everything’s online. Calls on Whatsapp / or alterative. Training and support through the app.

Q: What if I need to pause?
A: Life happens. If you’re on the 6-week block, we can extend. If you’re on monthly rolling, you can pause but if you are monthly then you commit to a minimum term of 3 months.

Q: Do I get meal plans?
A: No rigid meal plans. You get nutrition education, principles, and guidance that fits your life. We’re building food freedom, not food rules.

Q: How quickly will I see results?
A: Depends on your starting point and goals. But most people notice energy and confidence shifts within 2-3 weeks. Physical changes follow.

Q: Can I switch from a group program to 1:1?
A: Absolutely. Many of my 1:1 clients started in StrongBody | StrongerMind or The Breakthrough Method and upgraded when they were ready.

Q: Is there a minimum commitment?
A: The 6-week block is the minimum. Or 3 month is paying monthly. Most people stay longer because it works. If on the monthly payment option, you will need to give a 4 week notice to allow for correct offboarding.

Q: What if we’re not a good fit?
A: That’s what the application form discovery call is for. If I don’t think I’m the right coach for you, I’ll tell you and point you toward someone who is.
