It’s shorter, more intense, with weekly 20-30min calls (vs fortnightly) and daily app access with personalised weekly check-in feedback.

Q: Do I need to be in Coventry?
A: Nope. Everything’s online. Calls are on Zoom. All communication happens through the Mind Your Fitness App.

Q: What if I miss a call?
A: Replays are sent out. But honestly, if you’re already planning to miss calls, this probably isn’t for you. They’re only 20 minutes — designed for busy people. The whole point is consistent showing up.

Q: Will I get a meal plan?
A: No, you’re an adult. You don’t NEED to be told what to eat. You’ll get nutrition guidance that fits your life, not some 6-meals-a-day bullshit you’ll quit in three days.

Q: What if I fall off during the 6 weeks?
