Winter Warmers: Comfort Food with a Healthy Twist
Nourishing Meals for Body and Mind
Howdo!
Thanks for coming back to the blog, and if you’re new here then thanks for coming along.
If you have been following on socials (@mindyourfitnessofficial) then you will have been noticing that I have been having some fun with ‘Elf on the shelf’ and also reminding people that food isnt the enemy. This time of year its a great way to celebrate and spend time with loved ones.
You’ll never catch me saying don’t eat this, don’t eat that. Because food is food and it has no morals…. So when someone says a food is bad… it cant be, it has no morals!
I am a big foodie (when I can be, PSC & BAM can stop this at times) so I love getting my teeth into some good scran.
Here are some links for some AMAZING easy to follow recipes!
I am not going to claim I am Gordon Ramsey or Paul Hollywood, so the recipes you’ll see here aren’t mine, but I would recommend you try them!
