A very quick blog today because, well you got better things to do right?!

Take a few steps back today, sit back and think of a handful of things you are grateful for today!

The people you’re with, not with.

What has been a magical moment…

It doesnt matter what it is, but start looking at what you are grateful for!

Eat your turkey and get your pumps on and get out for a walk!!

I will share the below every week now in the run up to Christmas as I think they will help A LOT.

Some general self care tips for the colder and darker months which I have shared across socials @mindyourfitnessofficial over the years.

  • Get in natural sunlight as much as you can
  • Increase your step count
  • Drink plenty of fluids
  • Try peppermint tea
  • Increase vitamin C, D3, folic acid
  • Balance out your meat selection IE red and white meats
  • Dont hide away from carbs
  • Connect / reconnect with friends and family
  • Don’t feel pressured to attend parties / gatherings if you don’t want to
  • Speak out if you’re struggling
