Stress-free Holidays Through Exercise

Howdo!

Thanks for coming back to the blog, and if you’re new here then thanks for coming along.

I am also thinking of doing these blogs as Vlogs on youtube. And or maybe a podcast series, drop a comment below and let me know what you think?

Holidays are coming!

Its official!

HOLIDAYS ARE COMING.

Its always official when you see the coca cola advert!

Weird though and my wife mentioned this last week, but you don’t really see many coca cola adverts on the telly any more…..

The stress and overwhelm of Christmas can be significant but one way to combat that is by movement.

Let’s have a look at ways we reduce holiday stresses with fun and family friendly activities.

  1. Go for a walk ( if its snowing, have a snow ball fight )
  2. Play a physical game such as ‘ just dance ‘
  3. Have a dance competition
  4. Do a YouTube workout
  5. Do mini challenges, like who can do the most press ups / squats / hold a plank the longest
  6. Musical statues
  7. Do a ‘cosmic kids’ yoga on YouTube
  8. Go for a kick about in the park / rounders

There’s loads of ideas and games you can play, which will make it fun for you and family and of course will get your movement in and do what we aim for. Movement to reduce the Christmas stresses.

Now this of course isn’t going to stop the stress of Christmas but it will significantly help!!

What kind of things do you enjoy doing at Christmas to help reduce stress? Drop us a comment below, we love hearing from you guys!
