Beginner – 5 Rounds
Intermediate – 10/12 Rounds
Advanced – 20 Rounds
Each movement is performed after each other (superset) at the end of the last movement you will rest for 1 minute and go again until all your rounds are performed.
Equipment required:
Barbell.
Pick a weight that is circa 50% of your 1 rep max.
Example if your 1 rep max is 100kg for a squat then the weight you want here is 50KG.
Your workout to try:
Deadlifts X5
Clean to chest X5
Front Squat X5
Overhead press X5
Little tip, after you clean to your chest on your 5th rep, keep the weight there so you can squat, after your 5th squat don’t drop the bar, keep it at your chest as you perform the overhead press.
Have fun with the workout and remember to take it all at your own pace!!
Your only competition is the person holding the bar.
